Fully fledged meat eater

Apologies for taking a few weeks off… I have so much to update so I’m going to bombard my blog with posts over the next few days to update everything.  Not necessarily in chronological order.

First of all, I had roast lamb on Easter Sunday and it was AMAZING.  AMAZING I tell you, with mint sauce and roast potatoes and vegetables.  Mmmm.  I am now a fully fledged meat eater.
