I made these sugar free cookies this morning with our son which I haven’t made for ages. I had a few overripe bananas and I used almond butter because my giant pot has almost been open for 3 months so needs finishing. I also added puffed rice like I did the first time I made them.
Whilst they were baking our son was making cups of tea ready to accompany the munching. He loves them – we ate one and a half each with our cups of tea!
